I am so excited to be working with such a talented, wonderful group of people. And the fact that we're working together to further His kingdom makes it all the better. I feel so blessed to be a part of Church Plant Media and look forward to continuing to help church planters minister to their communities.
Basic Stuff: My husband and I have been married since 2001 and have one adorable little boy. Before beginning at Church Plant Media, I worked for 6 years in the dental field. Working in a field where I feel I can make a difference in the lives of others has always been important to me, and there's nothing more important than spreading God's Word.
Education: Bachelor of Science from Southern Nazarene University
Responsibilities: accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial management
Interests and Favorites:
- Places: Maui, Colorado, Destin Beach, FL
- Music: I like such a wide variety of music that it's hard to narrow it down! Huey Lewis is one of my all-time favorites, and I'm also loving Relient K and Jeremy Morrison right now.
- Books: The Bible, Velvet Elvis
- Sports: OU football, Dallas Cowboys
- Movies: Grease, A League of Their Own, Notting Hill, Dances with Wolves, The Lord of the Rings, The Dark Knight
- Hobbies: Spending time with my husband and family, baking, cake decorating, traveling, playing with my dog, Max
- Bit of Randomness: I have freakishly long fingers and have been known to palm smaller basketballs easier than grown men
- Scripture: Deuteronomy 31:8: "The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
