How can our donors give?

Donors can make recurring and one-time donations using ACH, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

Can we track giving by fund or ministry (e.g. tithes, missions, building fund)?

Yes. You can set up as many funds as needed.

Do you integrate with our church management software (ChMS)?

We integrate with Church Community Builder, Fellowship 1 integration, Planning Center Online, Rock RMS, and Zapier. If you need another integration, let us know and we can build it out for you.

Where can I embed the giving link?

You can accept donations via your website, app, emails, texts, and more! It integrates beautifully with your Church Plant Media-powered website and app.

Can donors choose to cover the processing fees?

Yes. We've found that half the donors will cover the processing fees.

Can we switch from our current provider easily?

Yes! We'll handle for you and can move over all your donors and data. We'll ensure that your data gets transferred over securely and compliant with PCI standards. There is little to no effort needed by your congregation, and we'll even help you spread the word by providing you with email templates.

What is the fee per donation?

For cards, 2.9% + $.50 per transaction. For ACH donations, 2.9% + $.50 with a $5 cap per transaction. When half of donors cover the fee, the overall net rates end up being around 1.45% + $0.25. We charge a monthly fee of $29, with the first six months waived. There are no contracts and no setup, cancellation, or annual PCI compliance fees.
